Our UK Delivery Services
We aim to deliver your order to you efficiently and within a timeframe that suits you. Recognising that all our customers lead busy lives, we are pleased to be able to provide a range of delivery options that offer you the flexibility you need to take delivery of your order.
Delivery services are divided between Furniture and Non-Furniture orders. Where a Furniture Order contains non-furniture items, the items will be delivered with the furniture wherever possible.
We can deliver to the majority of addresses in the UK for free, however, certain regions of Scotland may attract a surcharge. A list of the regions, by postal code, can be found in the final paragraph of this outline. For all other areas, delivery is included in the published website price.

Furniture Deliveries
After you have placed your furniture order, a member of our Dispatch Team will contact you to discuss your delivery. They will discuss with you when it is convenient for you to take delivery and if any delay is required to enable you to complete decorating or preparatory work.
Wherever possible, your furniture will be delivered by our own Furniture Delivery Team, who visit most parts of England and Wales on a weekly or fortnightly basis. On this service, we will agree a convenient date of delivery and provide you with a two-hour delivery window. If you need to pop home from work to take delivery, we can call ahead to let you know our estimated time of arrival.
On arrival at your property, our Team will carry the furniture into your room of choice. All we ask is that you ensure that we have clear access to the room and that any breakable items, for example, mirrors, have been removed or are protected. If you live in a flat, or have a property that we cannot easily access or park in front of, please discuss this with the Team in advance of the delivery day.
For certain regions of the UK (for example – Scotland), it is not possible to deliver using our Furniture Delivery Team. Where this is the case, your furniture will be sent on a palletised service to ensure it's safe arrival with you. We will agree the date of the delivery with you and we can arrange for the delivery company to call-ahead one hour beforehand. The carriers will deliver the furniture to your door, but are not insured to enter your property. You will therefore need to make arrangements to carry the items into your home.
Additional Furniture Delivery Services
Early Bird
We appreciate that there are times when it is difficult to take delivery of furniture during the standard working day. For some regions of the UK, we are able to offer an Early Bird delivery option where we can deliver as early as 7.00am. This service is available by special arrangement only and is free of charge on all orders over £1,000.
Express Delivery
Our Furniture Delivery Team regularly visit all areas of the UK (save for Scotland), however, there are occasions when our customers require furniture on a 24 or 48 hour basis. Where this is required, and we do not have a scheduled run within this timescale, we can dispatch your furniture on a palletised service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a timed service, but we can arrange for a delivery company to call-ahead one hour before. There is no additional charge for this service.
The majority of products offered for sale on our website include delivery to mainland UK via our Standard Delivery Service.
Non-Furniture Orders
Your order will be delivered on our Standard Delivery Service. Your goods will be delivered by an appropriate carrier within the timescale listed in the product advert. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Certain items will be delivered directly by the manufacturer, If the manufacturer is unable to deliver within the expected timeframe due to stock or availability issues, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Upgrades
Goods dispatched on our Standard Delivery Service will be delivered on a weekday. A range of upgrades are available should you require goods urgently or on a Saturday. Please contact us for a quote.
Free UK Delivery Zone
For ALL product groups, the following postcodes are treated as being outside of our Free UK Delivery Zone and a surcharge may be payable.
AB1 - AB56, IV1 - IV63, KW1 - KW17, PH1 - PH50
