Where sporting and/or motor products are purchased, it should be understood that certain risks are inherent and that appropriate safety equipment should be used at all times, for example, helmets, protective clothing, gloves and boots. Such equipment should be sourced from a reputable supplier. Where an item is to be used by a child, parents/guardians should ensure that the child is adequately supervised at all times and (if appropriate) receives any necessary tuition.
