Terms and Conditions
This section contains certain terms and conditions which apply to transactions conducted via this website. Further specific conditions are set out in the Returns Policy and the Warranty each of which together with these terms and conditions comprise the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to each sale conducted via this website and transactions where payment has been made via the telephone with our Customer Sales Teams.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means srbWarehouse, a trading division of Expert Purchasing Solutions Limited (full information on which is set out in About Us).
Formation of agreement
An agreement for us to sell you goods is made on the basis of the Terms and Conditions, when we accept your order for goods through the Website. Such agreement is referred to as the “Agreement”.
The description of the goods, price, currency, VAT, insurance and delivery costs are set out in each product advert. Where delivery is required to an international destination or a UK destination other than mainland UK (as defined in each product advert), such information forms part of these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement.
Orders
Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which we are currently able to deliver to and your credit and/or debit card is authorised for the transaction. Orders will be rejected if your delivery address does not match the billing address against which your credit or debit card is registered. Please see our Security Policy for further information.
We do, in exceptional circumstances, reserve the right to reject any order. Such rejection will be at our sole discretion. In these circumstances, your credit or debit card will be refunded in full as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Acceptance of your order
We will confirm receipt and acceptance of your order by way of confirmatory email. A receipt will be issued to you at the same time. Such receipt should be retained for future reference. See our Delivery Policy for details on tracking orders.
Payment
Payment for the goods and shipping (where applicable) is payable in full at the time the order is placed by way of credit card and/or debit card. Acceptance of your order is conditional on your selected method of payment being cleared in full. No item shall be despatched until such payment has been cleared.
Delivery Dates
Unless we specify otherwise, delivery dates will be in accordance with the Delivery Policy.
